Returns & Exchanges

At Our Generation, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
